we roast on a bellwether--an all electric and ventless machine, which reduces the carbon footprint of coffee roasting by 87%. we purchase ethically sourced green coffee from farms that have equitable practices and we pay prices that support living wages for the farmers. OURS bagS ARE specifically chosen to reduce the amount of plastic waste entering landfills once you’re done with it.
